Advantages of a UAE FREE ZONE LICENSE
100% Foreign Ownership
One of the key benefits of establishing a company in a free zone is that foreign investors can retain full ownership of the business, without the need for a local sponsor or partner. This allows investors to have complete control and make strategic decisions independently, free from external influence.
Tax Exemptions
Currently, free zone companies in Ras Al Khaimah benefit from full tax exemptions. However, beginning in June 2023, companies with an annual profit exceeding AED 375,000 will be subject to a 9% corporate tax. Despite this change, the rate remains one of the lowest corporate tax rates globally.
No Currency Restrictions
Another advantage of establishing a free zone company is the absence of currency restrictions. Investors have the freedom to repatriate all their profits and capital without any limitations or obstacles, simplifying the management of their financial operations.
Easy Company Setup
Establishing a free zone company is a simple process, with an efficient registration procedure and minimal paperwork. This makes it easier and more affordable for investors to launch their business quickly and effectively.
Access to Global Markets
Free zone companies in the UAE have access to an extensive network of global markets, including Europe, Asia, and Africa. This provides businesses with opportunities to expand their operations, reach new customers, and ultimately drive greater profitability and success.
Customs Duty Waivers
Customs duty exemptions for free zone companies greatly boost their competitive advantage by reducing operational costs. This enables businesses to attract more international investment and increase profitability by minimizing import/export barriers.
